‘IMMERSION INTO EMBODIED KNOWING’

A Marocco desert immersion into embodiment, inner work and what wants to be lived.

March 2027 | Marocco

There are things we know without necessarily knowing that we know them. A direction that has been quietly present for some time, something in our life that no longer feels true, a decision that keeps returning, or a way of relating to ourselves and to others that we have understood many times intellectually but still find ourselves living from. We can become very skilled at understanding our patterns, and yet understanding does not necessarily mean that something has become available as a lived experience.
Sometimes what is needed is not another explanation, but a change in the conditions in which we are living. A different pace, less information, more contact with the body and with the natural world, and enough time for attention to move away from what normally occupies it. When there is less to organise, respond to and anticipate, there can be an opportunity to notice what has been present underneath all of that movement.

The conditions for change

For eight days we travel through Morocco, beginning in Marrakech before moving into the Atlas Mountains, through a mineral-rich mountain landscape and later into an oasis region, and finally into the vastness of the desert. Each landscape offers a different quality of experience, and the movement between them is part of the immersion. We are not travelling in order to see as much as possible, but allowing ourselves to gradually move away from the familiar and towards a place where there is more space to listen to what is already here.
There is time to explore, to eat, to walk, to be together and to experience Morocco simply as Morocco. There is also time for deeper work, but it is not spread across every day. The intention is to allow the landscape itself to participate in the process, and to create enough openness that the work does not become another thing we have to accomplish.
The deeper movement begins in the mountains and finds its centre in the desert.

You leave your familiar world for a while. And somewhere between the sea, the mountains and the desert, you may find yourself seeing your own life differently.

Reviews

— Paul 72, Immersion —

“This is certainly not an abstract concept, but literally an immersion into deeper layers of yourself, where it becomes difficult to hide behind the familiar roles and behaviours of everyday life.

The support from Florine, the team, the group, and the setting created a space that felt safe enough to be radically honest with myself.

The journey gave me more self-confidence, greater flexibility in navigating life’s uncertainties, and a deeper trust in my own experience. It continues to unfold long after returning home.”

— Rob Kleingeld 66, Immersion —

“The Immersion was for me, all about meeting my boundaries and softening them. We climbed and connected with the highest mountain of Egypt. We slept under the stars, under the bright moon, and I saw the most magnificent sunrises. I laughed, I surrendered, I shared, and I felt utter despair and ecstatic joy. It was all there, intertwined into one journey that has brought me humility, gratitude, and infinite gifts that still echo within.”

— Rita 44, Immersion —

“The sea embraced me with softness and love. The mountains invited me to see beyond the human experience and remember that everything is connected through one heartbeat. The desert, my home, revealed an infinite space of silence and the depth of my own heart, where wisdom and magic unfold.

I feel more softness in the way I move through life, speak, and relate to others. The rest continues to unfold.”

— Francisca 52, Immersion —

“The Immersion into the Self was, for me, all about meeting my boundaries and softening them. We climbed and connected with the highest mountain of Egypt. We slept under the stars, under the bright moon, and I saw the most magnificent sunrises. I laughed, I cried, I sang, I danced, and I felt utter despair and ecstatic joy. It was all there, intertwined into one journey that has brought me humility, gratitude, and infinite gifts that still echo within.”

— Tariq 40, Immersion —

The desert revealed how past experiences had shaped the way I muted both difficult and joyful emotions. During the journey, I released the need to keep pretending to be someone I wasn’t.

I feel lighter now. People around me have noticed a new warmth in me. I think more before I speak, and I no longer feel the need to say things that don’t feel true. I notice that I judge less and meet life with greater openness.

This journey brought moments of challenge, sorrow, connection, ecstatic joy, and deep love. It changed the way I relate to myself and to others.

The journey through Marocco

Marrakech
We begin in the city, and there is intentionally very little inner work here. The first day is about arriving in Morocco and allowing ourselves to experience the place: the movement of the streets, the colours, the scents, the food, the markets, the beauty and the unfamiliarity.
There will be time to explore and shop, to eat together, to wander without needing to be anywhere in particular, and to allow ourselves to arrive. I want this beginning to remain uncomplicated. There is no need to turn every part of a journey into a process; sometimes it is enough to be somewhere new and to let the experience enter through the senses.
The following morning we leave the city and travel towards the mountains. As the landscape changes, so does the rhythm of the journey. There is less movement around us, more distance and more space, and this is where we begin to enter the deeper part of the immersion.
The mountains
We spend several days in a quiet mountain landscape where the presence of the earth is particularly tangible. The area is rich in minerals and crystals, and we will spend time walking through this landscape rather than simply visiting it. The intention is not to attach a particular meaning to the stones or to turn them into symbols, but to allow the experience of being close to something that has existed through an entirely different measure of time to become part of our attention.
The work begins with a simple question:
### What is already known?
Rather than immediately asking what we want, what we should do or where we should go next, we turn our attention towards what is already present before we begin constructing an answer. We will spend time with this in the morning and then take the question outside, allowing a long period of walking and individual exploration before coming back together later in the day.
In the afternoon there will be space for deeper facilitated work, which may include somatic and systemic constellation work. The intention is not to fill the days with methods, but to use the practices when they genuinely support a deeper meeting with experience.
And then the day opens again.
There is time to walk further into the landscape, rest, read, swim, sit outside, talk or spend time alone. After a period of inquiry or deeper work, there needs to be enough space for something to settle without immediately being interpreted, shared or turned into another task.
The Atlas, the mineral landscape, the crystal, the earth and the slowness of this place become part of the experience.
What has been here before us?
Perhaps this is where the first inner doorway opens.
## The oasis
From the mountains we continue south towards an oasis landscape where the quality of the environment changes again. There is water, cultivated land, palms, old kasbahs, pottery, food and the presence of local life.
We spend one night here, and this part of the journey is intentionally lighter. There will be time to explore, to see the local crafts, to walk through the oasis, to eat together and to experience something of the culture around us.
After the inward movement of the mountains, it matters to have this. To be interested in what is outside of ourselves, to encounter another culture, and to allow ourselves to receive something without needing to turn it into a teaching.
There is no need to make everything meaningful.
Some things can simply be beautiful. Some things can simply be enjoyed.
From here we continue towards the desert.
## The desert
The further south we travel, the fewer things there are asking for our attention.
Eventually the road gives way to sand, the horizon opens and there is very little left to organise ourselves around.
We spend two nights in the desert.
Two nights because arriving in the desert and actually becoming present to it are not the same thing. The first evening is about arriving, settling into the landscape, walking, watching the light change, eating together and gathering around the fire. There is very little facilitation. I want there to be time for the desert to become familiar before we ask anything of it.
The following morning we enter the deepest part of the immersion.
### What is asking to be lived?
Each person will have time to take this question into the landscape alone. There is no phone, no conversation and no expectation that you will return with an answer. The question is simply something to remain close to while there is less external information to interrupt the relationship with your own experience.
Later we come back together. There is space to share what was noticed, but not an expectation to explain or analyse it. What matters is what became more visible when there was enough space around it.
The second day moves further into this threshold, with the questions of what wants to be left behind and what wants to come with us. There will be one deeper facilitated process during this time, drawing on embodiment and systemic work, followed again by long periods without anything planned.
The evening returns to something simple: food, fire, music, conversation, silence and being together beneath the open sky.
Nothing more needs to be added.
## The return
After the desert we travel back towards the mountains and spend one final night there before returning to Marrakech and flying home.
I consider this return an important part of the immersion. We do not move directly from the desert into the airport. There is time to come back into a familiar landscape, to sleep, to eat and to allow what has happened to settle.
The final evening is not another workshop. It is integration.
Perhaps there is only one question we need to stay with:
### What do you know now that you didn’t know when you arrived?
There is no need to answer it immediately.
The following day we return to Marrakech and travel home. The purpose of the journey is not to create a special state that can only exist in Morocco, nor to return with a collection of insights that we can immediately explain. What matters is whether something that became clearer in the mountains or in the desert can begin to have a different place in ordinary life.
Because eventually we return to the same relationships, choices and circumstances from which we left.
This is where the immersion continues.
# The journey
The journey is held as one continuous experience rather than as a programme of separate activities. We begin with a night in Marrakech, move into the mountains for several days of deeper work and spaciousness, continue through the oasis landscape and then spend two nights in the desert before returning to the mountains for a final night of integration.
There is a practical structure to the journey, but the rhythm within it remains deliberately open. Some moments are carefully facilitated. Others are left entirely alone.
The exact places and accommodation are shared with participants as part of the preparation for the immersion.

By the sea – Arrival into presence

Your journey begins at the Gulf of Aqaba, where the system naturally begins to slow down.

Attention that is usually pulled outward starts to soften and return inward. The body arrives before thought does, settling into a more natural rhythm of being. There is nothing to become here, only the simple act of arriving. And in that arrival, something familiar begins to return: a sense of presence and connection with yourself.

What starts to loosen here is not only tension, but also the constant separation from inner knowing and the sense that life is happening slightly outside of you rather than through you.

In the mountains – Clarity through silence

As the journey moves into the mountains of Sinai, silence becomes something tangible. Life is no longer experienced in separate movements of thinking, reacting, and doing. It begins to gather into one field of awareness.

Patterns become visible as they are forming, rather than only after they have passed. Not through analysis, but through direct recognition. What was previously automatic begins to reveal itself in real time, making space for an important realisation: that the way you move through life has its own underlying intelligence.

As witnessing deepens, a more coherent sense of inner alignment begins to emerge. Perception feels less random and more connected to an intelligence already present beneath habitual ways of responding.

In the desert – Inner reality becomes clear

As the journey moves into the desert, external reference points begin to dissolve. Without constant input, perception starts to reorganise itself from within. Life is no longer primarily filtered through thought, but experienced more directly as it unfolds.

As external noise reduces, internal movement becomes easier to recognise. In this simplicity, a clearer contact with your own inner guidance often emerges. Not as a concept, but as a felt intelligence that becomes more accessible when there is less competing for your attention.

Here, direction is not created; it is remembered. With that, a deeper recognition may arise: that your life carries a trajectory that is not only personal, but expressive of something wider moving through you.

Return – Inner realignment

As the journey returns towards the sea, what has been seen begins to settle into lived coherence. Moments of clarity no longer feel separate or temporary. They start to organise themselves naturally into a more continuous way of perceiving and relating to life.

Attention becomes less fragmented, and reactions lose some of their intensity. There is less distance between what is felt and how life is met. What stabilises is not a state to maintain, but a greater reliability in perception: a way of being that no longer becomes interrupted as easily.

A natural alignment begins to shape how decisions are made, how relationships are met, and how direction is sensed in everyday life.

Where presence meets transformation

GET TO KNOW

Florine Gabriel

For as long as I can remember, I experienced life through a sensitivity that felt both natural and difficult to explain. As a child, I sensed things before I understood them. I felt what moved beneath words, what remained unspoken, and the deeper currents shaping people, relationships, and life itself.

Like many people, I learned to adapt. To trust what could be explained more than what could be sensed. Yet that knowing never disappeared. Over time, it became impossible to ignore. Not because life was falling apart, but because what felt true became stronger than the ways I had learned to move away from it.

That recognition changed how I understood transformation. I began to see that clarity is rarely something we create. More often, it becomes available when what is not ours begins to fall away.

Over time, I came to understand that living authentically, in alignment with what feels deeply true, is both one of life’s greatest challenges and one of its greatest invitations. It asks for honesty, courage, and a willingness to meet ourselves beyond familiar roles and expectations.

Over years of facilitating immersions, group processes, and one-to-one work,

I began to recognise the same movement in the people who came to me.Most were not lacking insight, intelligence, or capability. What they often lacked was access to what they already knew beneath the noise of expectation, adaptation, and daily life.

Through years of work in embodiment, systemic constellations, breathwork, energetic awareness, mindfulness, and relational inquiry, my understanding continued to deepen. The modalities differ, but the underlying movement remains the same: what is unconscious becomes visible, what has been carried begins to loosen, and what is essential becomes easier to recognise, trust, and live.

My work is not about helping people become someone else. It is about creating the conditions in which they can return to what has always been present. Those who work with me often describe feeling deeply seen, gently challenged, and supported in meeting themselves with greater honesty and compassion.

Again and again, I have witnessed that clarity rarely arrives through force. It emerges when there is less standing between ourselves and our direct experience of life.

That is the field from which this immersion is held.

“My work is not about helping people become someone else. It is about creating the conditions in which they can return to what has always been present.”

What becomes possible

What becomes visible during the immersion is not separate from everyday life. The way we perceive, relate, choose, and respond shapes every aspect of how life is lived. When attention becomes less fragmented and experience is met more consciously, these areas often begin to reorganise naturally.

Decisions can arise with greater clarity. Relationships may be met with more presence and honesty. What once felt difficult to access becomes easier to recognise and trust.

This immersion offers an opportunity to return to daily life with a deeper coherence between what you sense, what you know, and how you choose to live.

Integrating the experience into reality

Transformation rarely happens through a single insight. More often, it unfolds through the way new awareness is integrated into everyday life. This immersion is therefore held as a continuous process that begins before arrival and extends beyond the final day in Sinai.

Before the journey, we gather online to connect as a group, prepare practically, and support a conscious arrival into the experience. Throughout the immersion, there is space for both collective exploration and individual guidance where needed. In the final days by the Red Sea, the emphasis gradually shifts towards reflection and integration, allowing what has been experienced to settle more deeply into body, heart, and daily life.

After returning home, a group integration call and ongoing community connection offer continued support as insights become lived experience. Participants remain connected through a private community space, creating opportunities to share reflections, ask questions, and continue walking alongside one another.

Returning into daily life is not about holding onto a particular state or preserving a peak experience. What has been recognised does not depend on special conditions to remain accessible.

There is often less separation between inner knowing and outer movement, and less delay between what is perceived and how life is met. Experience becomes more immediate, with fewer layers between sensing and responding. Decisions may arise with greater clarity. Relationships can be met with increased presence and honesty. What once felt difficult to access becomes easier to trust.

The journey does not end upon returning home. Rather, it becomes an invitation to meet daily life with greater presence, coherence, and trust in what has already been seen.

Transport & Travel

Travel arrangements are made individually, with Sharm el Sheikh serving as the arrival point for the immersion. A coordinated transfer will be available from Sharm el Sheikh Airport to the group accommodation on the arrival day. Detailed travel information, visa guidance, and a packing list will be shared after registration.

“Clarity is rarely something we create. More often, it becomes available when what is not ours begins to fall away.”

What this immersion includes

11 days of guidence in South Sinai

A carefully held journey through the landscapes of sea, mountains, and desert, weaving together Heart Attunement, systemic constellation work, breathwork, meditation, ritual, embodiment practices, and other group practices and process.

Each stage of the immersion supports a gradual return to presence, clarity, and inner alignment through direct experience, supported by nature, silence, and shared exploration.

Preparation before the journey

Before departure, you will receive practical guidance and preparation materials, along with access to a live online gathering where we connect as a group, set intentions, and begin preparing for the immersion together.

A held and supported container

From arrival to return, the immersion is facilitated as one continuous process. The group travels together through the different landscapes of Sinai, supported by guidance, structure, and carefully coordinated logistics throughout the journey.

Accommodation in nature

eleven nights of accommodation, including time at a seaside ‘camp’ and nights beneath the open desert sky. The conditions are simple and close to nature, supporting presence, rest, and reconnection with the natural world.

Nourishing vegetarian meals

Fresh daily vegetarian meals are provided throughout the immersion, supporting both physical nourishment and energetic balance during the journey.

Transport throughout the journey

All transport within Sinai is included, including airport transfers and movement between locations, allowing the group to travel together with ease and continuity.

Integration & continuity

The process does not end when the immersion concludes. A post-immersion integration call supports the transition back into daily life and the continued unfolding of what has been experienced.

Ongoing community connection

Participants remain connected through a private community space before and after the immersion. This offers a space to share reflections, ask questions, and stay in contact with fellow participants as the journey continues to unfold.

An inspiring gift to take home

Each participant receives a meaningful gift as a reminder of the journey, supporting continued connection with what has been recognised and lived during the immersion.

Participation & investment

This immersion is offered through a sliding scale as an expression of trust, responsibility, and collective support. Rather than a fixed fee applied equally to everyone, it is an invitation to meet your financial capacity in honest relationship with what is being created together. Each participation helps sustain the space and supports the holding of the experience for the group as a whole.

You are invited to choose the level that reflects your current situation, while staying in awareness of the shared nature of this work and the way each participation contributes to the field.

The sliding scale is not only about access, but about how we choose to engage with this work and with one another.

Three contribution levels

Each level reflects a different way of participating in the same experience.
The immersion itself is identical for all participants, regardless of contribution.

All places include shared accommodation with ensuite bathroom at the seaside lodge, as well as nights beneath the stars in the mountains and desert. For those choosing the Abundant level, there is also the option of a private room, subject to availability.

Supported contribution

If this immersion feels like it is calling you, you are welcome to book a discovery call. We can explore your questions together and sense whether this journey is aligned for where you are right now.

Reflections from participants

The experiences of those who have joined point to what cannot always be fully described.
They show how this journey is lived, in presence, in challenge, in insight, and in what continues long after returning home.

Listen to your inner knowing

You have found your way here for a reason. Sometimes the clearest guidance comes from quietly listening to what feels true for you.

If something in you recognises this invitation, perhaps that is worth paying attention to.
