‘IMMERSION INTO INNER AWARENESS’

Your initiation into the sacred

There is a point in many lives where things continue to function on the outside, while something inside begins to feel less available, less present, and less connected than it once was, even if nothing in life has objectively fallen apart.

You may notice how quickly your days fill, even when nothing particularly meaningful has actually happened yet, and how attention is continuously drawn outward toward responsibilities, messages, decisions, and the subtle pressure to keep things moving. Even rest does not always feel like rest, because part of the mind remains active, carrying unfinished threads of thought and an anticipation of what comes next, where patterns repeat in relationships, reactions arrive faster than understanding, and emotions appear before they are named.

You may recognize that nothing is wrong, and yet something is not fully aligned either, as if you are living slightly ahead of yourself, or slightly outside of your own inner pace.

The Immersion into Inner Awareness begins here, as a lived recognition that is already available when you look closely enough to see it.

For eleven days, we move through the sea, the mountains, and the desert of South Sinai, not as a journey through places, but as a gradual removal of what keeps attention fragmented, so that presence becomes directly experienced.

This is a journey where what is already true begins to surface with increasing precision, until it is no longer something you interpret, but something you directly recognize, and from which the way you perceive, choose, and move through life begins to naturally realign itself.

WHAT CHANGES IN THIS IMMERSION

It is possible to function well in life while having a distance from oneself remains present, where outer participation continues while inner presence is only partially available. Certain patterns can remain active even after they are clearly understood, where insight does not automatically translate into a shift in lived experience.

Held by the ancient landscapes of Sinai, this immersion does not introduce something new to the system. It changes the conditions in which experiences are met, until what is usually filtered through speed, interpretation, and repetition begins to reveal itself as it is happening. What unfolds is a reduction of interference. Attention is no longer continuously pulled outward and begins to return to what has always been present beneath it.

In this shift and sustained field, what is normally missed in daily life begins to surface with more clarity, not because it is being analyzed, but because it is no longer being overridden. Relational patterns become more observable in real time. Internal reactions lose their immediacy. What is usually processed through thought begins to register directly in experience before interpretation forms.

The landscape is not backdrop, but active condition. Silence in the mountains, open nights under sky, and the vastness of desert space reduce stimulation to a point where subtle internal movement becomes unmistakable.

In that reduction, perception begins to reorganize itself, through the absence of distraction. What emerges is not something new, but what becomes visible when perception is no longer overruled by conditioning: a return to the intelligence that has always been shaping experience from beneath awareness. This requires a precise willingness: to remain present with what becomes visible long enough for its structure to reveal itself, without immediately returning to familiar patterns of control or interpretation.

Nothing here is about stepping away from life. It becomes a return to it, with less fragmentation, greater coherence, and a more direct relationship to what is already guiding perception, choice, and direction from within.

As the days unfold, perception, relational dynamics, bodily experience, and decision-making reorganize themselves, not through instruction, but through sustained clarity and reduced internal noise. What is taken forward is not only insight or memory, but a more stable inner alignment that continues to shape how life is met, along with simple ways of returning to what has already been directly recognized.

REVIEW

— Rob Kleingeld, Immersion into the Self 2024, Egypt —

“The Immersion into the Self was, for me, all about meeting my boundaries and softening them. We climbed and connected with the highest mountain of Egypt. We slept under the stars, under the bright moon, and I saw the most magnificent sunrises. I laughed, I surrendered, I shared, and I felt utter despair and ecstatic joy. It was all there, intertwined into one journey that has brought me humility, gratitude, and infinite gifts that still echo within.”

The Journey

Throughout the eleven days, we work with practices such as Heart Attunement, systemic constellation work, breathwork, meditation, ritual, voice exploration, somatic embodiment, inquiry, and time in nature.

No single modality stands at the centre. Each becomes a way of supporting awareness, helping what is already present become more visible and more directly experienced. The days move between guided sessions, shared practice, silence, reflection, and time for integration. There is structure, but also spaciousness. Intensity, but also rest.

BY THE SEA – Arrival into presence

Your journey begins at the Gulf of Aqaba, where the system naturally begins to slow down.

Attention that is usually pulled outward starts to soften and return inward. The body arrives before thought does, settling into a more natural rhythm of being. There is nothing to become here, only the simple act of arriving. And in that arrival, something familiar begins to return: a sense of presence, and a connection to yourself.

What starts to loosen here is not only tension, but the constant separation from inner knowing, and the sense that life is happening slightly outside of you rather than through you.

IN THE MOUNTAINS – clarity through silence

As the journey moves into the mountains of Sinai, silence becomes something tangible. Life is no longer experienced in separate movements of thinking, reacting, and doing. It begins to gather into one field of awareness.

You start to see patterns as they are forming, not only after they have passed. Not through analysis, but through direct recognition. What was previously automatic begins to reveal itself in real time, and in that space, something important becomes visible: the way you move through life has its own underlying intelligence.

You start to witness. And in that witnessing, a deeper alignment starts to surface. A sense that your perception is not random, but already guided by something more coherent beneath it.

IN THE DESERT – Inner reality becomes clear

As the journey moves into the desert, external reference points dissolve. Without constant input, perception begins to reorganize itself from within. Life is no longer primarily filtered through thought, but experienced more directly as it unfolds.

As external noise reduces, internal movement becomes more visible. In this simplicity, something true begins to emerge: a clearer contact with your own inner guidance. Not as a concept, but as a felt intelligence, something that has always been present, but becomes more accessible when nothing competes with it.

Here, direction is not created. It is remembered. And with that, a deeper recognition begins to form: that your life carries a trajectory that is not only personal, but expressive of something wider moving through you.

RETURN – Inner realignment

On the return toward the sea, what has been seen begins to settle into lived coherence. What was experienced in moments of clarity no longer feels separate or temporary. It starts to organize itself naturally as a more continuous way of perceiving.

Attention becomes less fragmented, and reaction loses its density. There is less distance between what is felt and how life is met. What stabilizes is not a state, but a reliability in perception. A way of being that does not need to be held, because it is no longer interrupted as easily.

A natural alignment begins to shape how decisions arise, how relationships are met, and how direction is felt.

Where presence meets transformation

Get to know

Florine Gabriel

For as long as I can remember, I experienced life through a sensitivity that felt both natural and difficult to explain. As a child, I sensed things before I understood them. I felt what moved beneath words, what remained unspoken, and the deeper currents shaping people, relationships, and life itself.

Like many people, I learned to adapt. To trust what could be explained more than what could be sensed. Yet that knowing never disappeared. Over time, it became impossible to ignore. Not because life was falling apart, but because what felt true became stronger than the ways I had learned to move away from it.

That recognition changed how I understood transformation. I began to see that clarity is rarely something we create. More often, it becomes available when what is not ours begins to fall away.

Over the years, I started to recognise the same movement in the people who came to work with me. Most were not lacking insight, intelligence, or capability. What they often lacked was access to what they already knew beneath the noise of expectation, adaptation, and daily life.

Through years of work in embodiment, systemic constellations, breathwork, energetic awareness, mindfulness, and relational inquiry, my understanding continued to deepen. The modalities differ, but the underlying movement remains the same: what is unconscious becomes visible, what has been carried begins to loosen, and what is essential becomes easier to recognise, trust, and live.

My work is not about helping people become someone else. It is about creating the conditions in which they can return to what has always been present.

Again and again, I have witnessed that clarity rarely arrives through force. It emerges when there is less standing between ourselves and our direct experience of life.

That is the field from which this immersion is held.

Why this matters

Most people are not disconnected from themselves entirely. More often, they are living at a distance from parts of themselves they already sense are there. Attention is constantly drawn outward: towards responsibilities, decisions, expectations, and what needs to happen next. Over time, this way of living can become normal.

This immersion is not about adding something new. It is about creating the conditions in which what is already present can become easier to recognise, trust, and live from. Because what is innate within you does not need to be created. It reveals itself when there is less standing between you and your direct experience of life.

As this clarity becomes more available, life itself often begins to feel different. Decisions become simpler. Relationships are met with greater presence. There is less effort spent searching for direction, and more trust in what is already known.

This immersion offers a threshold into a deeper coherence between what you know, what you sense, and how you live.

Integrating the experience into reality

Transformation rarely happens through a single insight. More often, it unfolds through the way new awareness is integrated into everyday life.

This immersion is therefore held as a continuous process that begins before arrival and extends beyond the final day in Sinai.

Before the journey, we gather online to connect as a group, prepare practically, and support a conscious arrival into the experience. Throughout the immersion, there is space for both collective exploration and individual guidance where needed.

In the final days by the Red Sea, the emphasis gradually shifts towards reflection and integration, allowing what has been experienced to settle more deeply into body, heart, and daily life.

After returning home, a group integration call and ongoing community connection offer continued support as insights become lived experience. Participants remain connected through a private community space, creating opportunities to share reflections, ask questions, and continue walking alongside one another.

Returning into daily life is not about trying to maintain a particular state or hold onto a peak experience. What has been recognised does not require special conditions to remain available.

There is often less separation between inner knowing and outer movement, and less delay between what is perceived and how life is met. Experience becomes more immediate, with fewer layers between sensing and responding. Decisions may arise with greater clarity. Relationships can be met with increased presence and honesty. What was once difficult to access becomes easier to trust.

The journey does not end upon returning home. Rather, it becomes an invitation to meet daily life with greater presence, coherence, and trust in what has already been recognised.
