General Terms & Conditions – Florine Gabriël

“You”, “Client”, “Participant” refers to a participant who made a reservation for any of the Services of Florine Gabriël.

“Session(s)” refers to a session including Services with Florine Gabriël; part of a day or a full-day event.

“Services” offered by Florine Gabriël, are non-limited to but, include sessions, one-day events, retreats, workshop and trainings.

“Immersion(s)” refers to an Immersion; multi-day event with multiple Sessions with Florine Gabriël. Hereafter also included when mentioned Session(s).

“Cancellation” is defined as not attending the Session(s) or informing Florine Gabriël up-front of not attending.

“Website” refers to www.florinegabriel.com or any third party used for the booking process of tickets.

Applicability of Terms, Conditions and service

Please read these Terms of Conditions carefully before accessing or using the website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Conditions. Any new features or tools which are added to the Services ‘offerings’ shall also be subject to the general terms and conditions. Florine Gabriël reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these general terms and conditions.

General Conditions

If your register for any Session(s), you automatically agree to have red and understood the terms, conditions and service. You hereby also declares all the questions during registration are filled in truthfully.
We reserve the right to refuse the Services to individuals without specifying reason. Florine Gabriël may, in sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, or per order. In the event that Florine Gabriël make’s a change to, or cancel an, order we notify you by e‐mail.

Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

Florine Gabriël is not responsible if information made available on the Website is not accurate, complete or up to date. The information on the Website is provided on the sole basis for making personal decisions without consulting more independent sources of information.
We reserve the right to correct, change or update any information on the Website, that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies that may relate to service descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers and availability (including after you have submitted your order). We will do our best to update you of any major changes, updates or corrections. For minor changes, updates or corrections you agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to the site.

Personal Information

The submission of personal information and/or processing of personal data, such as the name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number of a data subject shall always be in line with the European legislator for the adoption of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal information will only be used by Florine Gabriël for newsletters, promotions, or anything related to Florine Gabriël’s Services. Cancellation policy

Before purchasing a Session(s) it is important that you fully read and thoroughly understand our cancellation policy.

This cancellation policy is designed to protect both Immersion/Program leaders and the Participants.

Cancellation policy initiated by Participant
Applying to part of a session or full day retreat
Within 2 days to start; no-refund & no- rescheduled option
Before 2 days to start; no-refund & re-scheduling possible, rescheduled before original session data.

Applying to multiple-day Sessions or Immersions
Payments made for an Immersion(s) are subjected to the following:
Cancellation before 8 weeks of the Immersion is 95% refund OR rescheduling possible Cancellation up to 8 weeks before the Immersion is 75% refund OR rescheduling possible Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the Immersion is 50% refund OR rescheduling possible Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the Immersion is 25% refund
Any cancellation made after this timeline means all PAYMENTS are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, travel delays, Illness or flight cancellations. Should you cancel your participation to the Immersion/retreat or Session for any reason, the cancellation policy outlined will apply, with no exceptions.
To cancel your participation to a Immersion/retreat or session you must send us an email stating that you wish to cancel to: info@florinegabriel.com.

We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, however we will have incurred expenses that, once paid, cannot be refunded. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance if you have concerns. We are financially responsible for the Immersion programme, therefore we ask that you respect that we cannot make any exceptions to this policy.

Cancellation initiated by Florine Gabriël
In the event that a scheduled Immersion needs to be cancelled, or postpone for any reason, it will be communicated ASAP and your full fee and deposit payment will be transferred to another Immersion. Alternatively, you may request a full refund of your payment.
This decision should be made regarding within 30 days, otherwise our cancelation policy will apply.

We are not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, this includes airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with the preparation of your journey. In case you have any concerns, please purchase travel insurance.

I also hereby agree to take full responsibility and not to hold any liability for any injury, damage or loss during or after an Immersion/ retreat, or session.

Physical movement

I understand that same of the Services may involve physical movements. As the case is with any physical activity, the risk of injury, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated.

If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, breath smoothly as I discontinue the activity and ask for support from the instructor. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may occur through participation.

In, before and after Session- disclaimer

Sessions are fully clothed with hands-on and hands-off energetic touch. The sessions may combine, pressure points and sound to enable tension, trauma and energy released from and through the body.

The general aims of the session are to honour both the masculine and feminine energy within, to open your heart and feel centered. And at last to generate chi, or life force energy and to align the energetic bodies and the chakra’s. This supports the client to live from their heart and have a clearer connection to their higher self and the divine. When the lower chakra’s feel safe, and the heart is open the desires of the higher chakra’s can manifest in the clients life.

If feelings of love, pleasure and sexual arousal arise during the session, it is important not to project these onto the facilitator or anyone else, but to realise and accept them as feelings towards oneself, ones own inner masculine and feminine.

These sessions should not be used as a replacement for any conventional medical treatment.

As (negative) energy is released from the body, it may trigger traumatic memories and emotions for several days after the session. Physical detoxing symptoms may also arise especially if the client is not drinking enough water. The client should be aware of this, and know that it is part of the healing process and they should seek additional assistance if required. Through the session we are letting go of old holding patterns in the body. This could lead to muscle soreness and natural muscular realignment.

It is not recommended to drink alcohol, or take recreational drugs immediately after a session. It is recommended to drink lots of water, walk in nature, relax, ground and be kind to your self.

Location

Always respect the location of the Session(s) and the belongings of others.
As Participant you will always follow-up instructions given by an authority of the location the Session(s) are held in.
You remain at all times responsible for your personal belongings.

Entire Agreement

I hereby state to have read, fully understand and agree to the Terms, Conditions and Services made by Florine Gabriël. I agree to this agreement voluntarily and recognize that my participation and unconditional release of all liability and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Florine Gabriël’s work.
