‘IMMERSION INTO EMBODIMENT’
A field of embodied presence & community
23 – 27 September 2026 | North of France
Over the past years, this work has unfolded through embodiment, relational exploration, constellation work, inquiry, and attention-based practice. Again and again, what has become clear is how different something becomes when it is held in community.
Meeting in person opens a space where presence can be felt more directly and real. Through sharing, silence, movement, laughter, and simply being together without needing to perform or hold everything alone, something begins to shift.
There is often a longing for spaces where people can arrive more fully as themselves, and where connection unfolds naturally. This immersion is created from that longing and understanding.

Arriving together
For five days, we meet in nature in the North of France, where the landscape naturally slows the system and softens the pace of attention.
Arrival and listening shape a shared space in which there is less need to do, manage, or move ahead of experience. The days are not organised around being filled, but around creating the conditions for a deeper meeting with oneself and with others.
As attention settles, experience becomes less fragmented, and what is present can be felt, expressed, and lived more fully.
What is met through embodiment and shared presence
This immersion moves through embodiment, relational awareness, constellation work, inquiry, and time in nature. Many arrive with a developed capacity to hold themselves internally, and yet a subtle fragmentation remains in how experience is met. Tiredness or exhaustion that does not fully resolve, or a experience of disconnection. A sense of carrying processes often alone.
Even with understanding, patterns often continue through the way attention moves. What unfolds during the immersion becomes the material of the work. There is no separation between the work and each and every one of you.
Through shared practice and experience, what is usually held internally begins to surface in relationship. As attention settles, what is already here becomes easier to perceive. In the presence of the group, something different becomes possible. Being met without performance. Allowing support in vulnerable moments of truth. Staying close to oneself while in relation with others. In these kinds of spaces, the sense of carrying everything alone begins to soften, and change starts to unfold more naturally.

Reviews
— Rob Kleingeld 74, Immersion —
“The Immersion was for me, all about meeting my boundaries and softening them. We climbed and connected with the highest mountain of Egypt. We slept under the stars, under the bright moon, and I saw the most magnificent sunrises. I laughed, I surrendered, I shared, and I felt utter despair and ecstatic joy. It was all there, intertwined into one journey that has brought me humility, gratitude, and infinite gifts that still echo within.”

“The sea embraced me with softness and love. The mountains invited me to see beyond the human experience and remember that everything is connected through one heartbeat. The desert, my home, revealed an infinite space of silence and the depth of my own heart, where wisdom and magic unfold.
I feel more softness in the way I move through life, speak, and relate to others. The rest continues to unfold.”

“The Immersion into the Self was, for me, all about meeting my boundaries and softening them. We climbed and connected with the highest mountain of Egypt. We slept under the stars, under the bright moon, and I saw the most magnificent sunrises. I laughed, I cried, I sang, I danced, and I felt utter despair and ecstatic joy. It was all there, intertwined into one journey that has brought me humility, gratitude, and infinite gifts that still echo within.”

The desert revealed how past experiences had shaped the way I muted both difficult and joyful emotions. During the journey, I released the need to keep pretending to be someone I wasn’t.
I feel lighter now. People around me have noticed a new warmth in me. I think more before I speak, and I no longer feel the need to say things that don’t feel true. I notice that I judge less and meet life with greater openness.
This journey brought moments of challenge, sorrow, connection, ecstatic joy, and deep love. It changed the way I relate to myself and to others.
Where presence meets transformation

Florine Gabriel
For as long as I can remember, I experienced life through a sensitivity that felt both natural and difficult to explain. As a child, I sensed things before I understood them. I felt what moved beneath words, what remained unspoken, and the deeper currents shaping people, relationships, and life itself.
Like many people, I learned to adapt. To trust what could be explained more than what could be sensed. Yet that knowing never disappeared. Over time, it became impossible to ignore. Not because life was falling apart, but because what felt true became stronger than the ways I had learned to move away from it.
That recognition changed how I understood transformation. I began to see that clarity is rarely something we create. More often, it becomes available when what is not ours begins to fall away.
Over time, I came to understand that living authentically, in alignment with what feels deeply true, is both one of life’s greatest challenges and one of its greatest invitations. It asks for honesty, courage, and a willingness to meet ourselves beyond familiar roles and expectations.
Over years of facilitating immersions, group processes, and one-to-one work,
I began to recognise the same movement in the people who came to me.Most were not lacking insight, intelligence, or capability. What they often lacked was access to what they already knew beneath the noise of expectation, adaptation, and daily life.
Through years of work in embodiment, systemic constellations, breathwork, energetic awareness, mindfulness, and relational inquiry, my understanding continued to deepen. The modalities differ, but the underlying movement remains the same: what is unconscious becomes visible, what has been carried begins to loosen, and what is essential becomes easier to recognise, trust, and live.
My work is not about helping people become someone else. It is about creating the conditions in which they can return to what has always been present. Those who work with me often describe feeling deeply seen, gently challenged, and supported in meeting themselves with greater honesty and compassion.
Again and again, I have witnessed that clarity rarely arrives through force. It emerges when there is less standing between ourselves and our direct experience of life.
That is the field from which this immersion is held.
The landscape as support
We spend the days in a natural environment in the North of France, within a historic estate where the landscape opens generously in every direction.
The house itself carries a sense of calm spaciousness, with large rooms, natural materials, fireplaces, and light moving through the interior throughout the day. The atmosphere is both grounded and welcoming, inviting a natural slowing of pace.
Beyond the house, paths wind through forests, open fields, and the wider estate. The surrounding land offers opportunities to walk, wander, rest, and spend time outdoors, allowing the body to settle into a different rhythm from daily life.
Movement unfolds naturally across the grounds, through gentle walks, moments by the nearby river, time in the gardens, shared conversations, or periods of solitude beneath the open sky.
The estate itself carries a history of craftsmanship, creativity, and renewal. Though recently restored, these qualities remain woven into the atmosphere of the place, shaping an environment that supports both reflection and connection.
As the days unfold, there is a continuous movement between inside and outside, between shared experience and time alone, between stillness and participation. The landscape becomes part of the immersion itself, supporting a gradual return to presence, embodiment, and deeper connection with oneself and others.

Transport & Travel
Travel arrangements are made individually, or together through carpooling (there will be an special group chat made before we start), towards Laval in the Mayenne region of France.
The journey into rural France often marks the first softening of pace, as the environment begins to open and settle around arrival.
Detailed travel information and a packing list will be shared after registration.
What is already present becomes the material of the work.
What this immersion includes
5 days of guidance and community in France
A carefully held immersion in rural France, weaving together Heart Attunement, systemic constellation work, breathwork, meditation, embodiment practices, and inquiry. Rather than separate modalities, these practices support a continuous exploration of what unfolds through embodiment and awareness.
Preparation before the journey
Before arrival, you will receive practical guidance and preparation materials, along with access to a live online gathering where we connect as a group, set intentions, and begin preparing for the immersion together.
A held and supported container
From arrival to departure, the immersion is facilitated as one continuous process. Guidance and practical support create the conditions for participants to remain present with themselves and one another throughout the experience.
Living in the landscape
Accommodation is provided within a historic estate surrounded by forests, gardens, and open grounds. The house itself offers a calm and spacious environment, with light-filled rooms and shared spaces that support both connection and retreat.
The surrounding landscape invites movement, rest, reflection, and time in nature, becoming an integral part of the rhythm of the immersion.
Nourishing vegetarian meals
Fresh vegetarian meals are provided throughout the immersion, supporting both physical nourishment and the shared rhythm of the days together.
Integration & continuity
The process does not end when the immersion concludes. A post-immersion integration call supports the transition back into daily life and the continued unfolding of what has been experienced.
Ongoing community connection
Participants remain connected through a private community space before and after the immersion. This offers a place to share reflections, ask questions, and stay connected with fellow participants as the experience continues to integrate into daily life.

Participation & investment
This immersion is offered through a sliding scale as an expression of trust, responsibility, and collective support. Rather than a fixed fee applied equally to everyone, it is an invitation to meet your financial capacity in honest relationship with what is being created together. Each participation helps sustain the space and supports the holding of the experience for the group as a whole.
You are invited to choose the level that reflects your current situation, while staying in awareness of the shared nature of this work and the way each participation contributes to the field.
The sliding scale is not only about access, but about how we choose to engage with this work and with one another.
Three contribution levels
Each level reflects a different way of participating in the same experience. The immersion itself is identical for all participants, regardless of contribution.
All places include shared accommodation within the estate throughout the immersion. For those choosing the Abundant contribution level, there is also the option of a private room, subject to availability.
Supported contribution
€600 – €750
Limited availability (4 places – 3 left)
For those who would not otherwise be able to join at the full contribution level. This tier exists to support accessibility to not a barrier participation.
Standard contribution
€950 – €1150
This is the baseline contribution that reflects the actual cost of holding the immersion, including accommodation, food, transport, and facilitation throughout the journey.
Abundant contribution
€1650 – €3500
For those with greater financial ease who choose to contribute beyond the baseline, helping support accessibility within the group. Private rooms option.
