From movement we enter the field of KAP – Kundalini Activation Process and an inner attunement takes place the moment we trust the wisdom of the energy field. As we dive deeper into the openness of our being.

As we often experience the buzz and chaos of life, its a special time that asks for great leadership, ownership and heart- awakening.
Where do we open in life and where do we ‘safely’ close and hide? Are we stuck in unhealthy patterns, or brave enough to jump into vulnerability and openness? Having so much of faith, that our heart opens wide, awakened and free.
A special day co- created with my dear colleague Hiske. We will be working around the jewel of the heart and its power. Starting the day with a true heart- opener a Sacred Cacao ceremony. Connecting with the ancient wisdom that Mama Cacao has received from the earth. We journey with the Cacao into the density of our heart- space. Through Somatic movement we will express what arises from our inner essence.
From there we will start creating the field of KAP and invite you to continue your hearts- journey into awakening. Taking off the layers that are holding you back to fully sink into the wisdom of your heart.
At last we will dive into Breathwork, where different emotional release tools are offered and we continue diving in the depth of our being. Exploring unrevealed layers of truth and deep knowing beyond the mind. A beautiful journey together as a tribe in oneness.

There will be a light dinner to nourish your bellies and bring it into softness before we continue the journey.
