‘Embodiment & systemic constellation in nature’

1 – 6 September 2026 | North of France

A 5-day immersion in nature with somatic, embodiment-based and relational practices, constellation work, and integration, held in forest and open land in the North of France, where there is space to slow down and arrive more fully. Not only into yourself, but into connection with others. A shared space and experience that forms through how we arrive, how we listen, and how we meet what unfolds together.

Why this journey matters

Over the past five years I have created different immersions in nature, moving through embodiment, relational practice, constellation work, somatic exploration, intimacy, self-love, relationships, and inner work.

Again and again I meet people who arrive carrying a lot internally, often for a long time, and who have learned to move through life by holding themselves together, adapting, and continuing forward without enough space to fully come back to themselves in between.

Over time this can create a kind of exhaustion that is not only physical, but also shows up in subtler ways, difficulty resting, over-stimulation, numbness, or a distance from feeling fully present in their own life and in connection with others.

Many people I meet are sensitive, aware, and reflective, and have spent a long time carrying their inner world mostly on their own. Even with understanding and insight, there is often still a way life is navigated through holding, managing, adapting, and staying ahead of what is felt.

And over time this leaves its trace: not only in tiredness, but in how difficult it can become to fully land in the body, or to feel simple presence without effort. Underneath that is something more subtle: the repetition of processing, integrating, and returning to oneself alone.

This immersion is for that pattern to soften, not through intensity, but through contact, shared presence, somatic and relational practice, constellation work, and time in nature where the system is no longer carrying everything by itself.

It is not about becoming someone else, rather about no longer having to hold everything alone in order to move through life.

And it is also about how we enter this together, not as individuals consuming an experience, but as a shared space shaped by presence, responsibility, and the way we meet one another.

This immersion is created from that space.

Resting in nature

We gather in the North of France, surrounded by forest and open land. The land holds the container, and what unfolds is shaped by everyone who enters it. The days are not structured to be filled, but to allow what is already present, in the body, in relationship, and between people, to become less compressed and more visible.

Mornings begin slowly, without needing to shift straight into doing. The body is met first, before anything else is asked. From there we move into somatic, embodiment-based and relational practices, constellation work, and moments of integration. The work stays close to what is happening in the body, in the heart and in connection, as it unfolds. We explore the places where we tighten, disconnect, overextend, or hold ourselves together, and the patterns we move through in relationship and contact with others. What emerges is shaped by what becomes possible when people meet without performance or management.

Sometimes the movement is subtle, sometimes more direct. There is space for silence, expression, emotion moving through, laughter, and moments where nothing needs to be said.

Alongside this, there is time to walk without speaking. Time to be in nature without turning it into anything. Time to rest, commune, read a book, cook, sit, sleep, create art, and wander. Time where nothing is being worked on, and yet something continues to settle underneath it all.

It is often in these in-between moments that things land most deeply, not through intensity, but through the absence of pressure. As we create enough space for what is already here to become more available again, individually and together.

This is for me

This immersion is for people who already know inner work. Who are sensitive, aware, and reflective, and who have spent time carrying their inner world mostly on their own. Even with understanding and insight, there is still often a way life is navigated through holding, adapting, managing, and staying ahead of what is felt. And over time this shows itself not only in tiredness, but in how difficult it becomes to fully land in the body, or to feel simple presence without effort. Underneath that is the repetition of processing, integrating, and returning to oneself alone.

This is for that pattern to soften through shared space, somatic and relational practice, constellation work, and time in nature where everything is no longer carried individually.

It is not about becoming someone else, rather to not having to hold everything alone in order to move through life.

NOW MORE THAN EVER BEFORE, WE NEED space to step outside of the world, TO NOURISH, CONNECT AND HEAL

The venue and our new home

The immersion takes place in the North of France, on a recently restored estate surrounded by 180 hectares of forest, open land, river water, and walking trails. The venue itself carries a rare balance between simplicity and refinement. Spacious without feeling distant, carefully restored without losing its warmth or character. A place that naturally invites the nervous system to slow down.

We live together across two beautifully renovated farmhouses, with beautiful living spaces, fireplaces, long tables, outdoor areas by the river, and bedrooms designed with comfort and calm in mind. Each room has its own bathroom, and the atmosphere throughout the space feels grounded, spacious, and deeply connected to the surrounding land.

The days naturally move between indoors and outdoors. Morning tea, or a fresh juice in the grass. Walks through the forest between sessions. Swimming or sitting by the river. Cooking together. Long conversations outside in the evening. Silence, nature, and shared living slowly becoming part of the work itself.

The land surrounding the venue includes forests, hiking trails, open fields, and water, with very little interruption from the outside world. There is space here to move, to rest, to be alone, and to be together without needing to constantly transition into the next thing.

The place was chosen very intentionally. Not only because it is beautiful, but because it supports the kind of space this immersion is built around: grounded, spacious, relational, and close to nature in a real and lived way.

Example of a day program:

Investment of the Embodiment & Systemic constellation in nature – immersion

Sliding scale

This immersion is offered through a sliding scale as part of a broader intention to explore a different way of relating, one rooted in trust, responsibility, humanity, and collective support. Not a fixed structure applied equally to everyone, but a way of meeting financial reality in relationship with what we are creating together, where participation also shapes the space itself.

The invitation is to choose a level that reflects your current capacity, while staying in awareness of the shared nature of this field and the responsibility that makes it possible.

The sliding scale is not only about access, but about how we relate to participation itself.

Practical

The immersion takes place from 1 – 6 September 2026 in the North of France, in a location surrounded by forest and open land.

We live together on site for the full 5 days. The rhythm of the days includes shared practice in the mornings, integration space, and open time in nature throughout the rest of the day.

There is no need to arrive with preparation or performance, only willingness to enter the space as you are, and to meet what becomes visible in shared experience.

If something in this speaks to you, you are welcome to reach out for more information or application details.
