Over time, each experience builds upon the last, creating greater trust in the body, a deeper connection to yourself, and more space for what wants to emerge naturally.
Group Journeys & Day Events
This page offers single-day events and group journeys in Heart Attunement, Breathwork, Systemic Constellations, or other modalities. These journeys are entry points into the work. They are not isolated events, but part of a larger unfolding that can be explored at your own rhythm.
All sessions take place in small and intimate groups, creating a supportive environment where exploration, awareness, and transformation can unfold at a pace that honours your unique process. Each group journey lasts approximately 2.5 to 3 hours and is offered in Dutch or English, depending on the group.

Day Events & Collaborations
Alongside the recurring group sessions, the work also takes shape in one-day experiences and collaborations across Belgium and the Netherlands. They are created with other facilitators, artists, and spaces, each bringing their own way of working with sound, breath, attention, and awareness.
Some sessions work through sound and voice, where listening and vibration support a shift in how awareness is experienced in the body. Others work through breath and movement, engaging processes that influence how sensation, attention, and inner regulation unfold.
Each session is carefully prepared and guided, while remaining responsive to the group and to what unfolds in the moment.
GO DEEPER – A sacred journey into your inner Source

A deeper-level experience for people who already know Heart Attunement and are ready to explore what can unfold when going further.
This is a day of deep inner exploration, working with energy, non-duality, embodiment, and the power of collective presence. Through Heart Attunement, a heart-centred energy transmission, guided meditation, movement, sound, and silence, you are invited to slow down, surrender, and connect more deeply with what is already present within you.
The experience moves between stillness and movement, receiving and expressing, inner exploration and shared presence. As the layers of density begin to soften, there is space to reconnect with your essence, your inner wisdom, and the deeper intelligence of life.
The group is an essential part of the experience. Together, we create a field of trust, openness, sensitivity, and presence. Allowing each person to explore and experience in their own way, while being supported by the collective.
To participate, you need to have completed at least 4 Heart Attunement sessions. Go Deeper is intended for those who have developed the sensitivity and familiarity with the practice needed for this deeper journey.
Heart Attunement with Florine Gabriel

Within the rich diversity of the White Light Festival, Florine Gabriel offers Heart Attunement – a guided, heart-centred energy transmission, alongside a live sound journey in collaboration with other artists. A space to slow down, come into your body, and deepen your connection with yourself and your heart.
White Light brings together different traditions, teachers, musicians and ways of exploring consciousness. From the voice and music of artists such as Nessi Gomes and Yael Deckelbaum, to breathwork, yoga, sound, ecstatic dance, tantra and constellation work, the festival offers many different doorways into deeper experience.
Heart Attunement is Florine’s offering within this wider field. Through presence, energy, breath, sound and embodied awareness, you are invited to explore the relationship between your body, heart and inner experience.
