About Florine Gabriel

In the beginning

For as long as I can remember, I experienced life through a sensitivity that felt both natural and difficult to explain. As a child, I sensed things before I understood them. I felt what moved beneath words, what remained unspoken in a room, and the deeper currents shaping people, relationships, and life itself.

Like many people, I learned to adapt.

To fit within the structures around me. To trust what could be explained more than what could be sensed. To move towards what was expected, even when something deeper was asking for my attention.

Yet that knowing never disappeared.

It remained present beneath the surface, waiting. Over time, it became impossible to ignore. Not because life was falling apart, but because what felt true became stronger than the ways I had learned to move away from it.

That recognition changed everything. Not only how I lived, but how I understood transformation itself and I began to see that clarity is rarely something we create. More often, it becomes available when what is not ours begins to fall away.

When that happens, something remarkable emerges. A deeper relationship with life, a clearer sense of direction and a greater willingness to live what has always been known beneath the noise.

The work

Over the years, I began to recognise the same pattern in the people who came to work with me. Many were not lacking insight, intelligence, or capability. What they often lacked was access. Access to what they already sensed, know, and the parts of themselves that had become buried beneath expectation, adaptation, responsibility, and the pace of everyday life. The work is not about creating a new version of yourself, nor is it about becoming someone else.

It is about restoring contact with what has always been present beneath the noise.

Sometimes this happens through the breath, through systemic constellation work. Sometimes through energy transmission, embodiment, movement, silence, or inquiry. The modality changes, but the underlying movement remains the same.

What is unconscious becomes visible, what has been carried begins to loosen, and what is essential becomes easier to recognise, trust, and live.

Again and again, I have witnessed that clarity rarely arrives through force. It emerges when there is less standing between ourselves and what we already know.

The Path

Over the last decade, I have immersed myself in a wide range of teachings, practices, and lineages exploring embodiment, consciousness, relational dynamics, energetic awareness, mindfulness, and human transformation.

Some deepened my understanding of the body and its intelligence. Others revealed how relationship, family systems, and inherited experiences continue to shape the way we perceive ourselves, the choices we make, and the lives we live.

Years of training and facilitation within the Kundalini Activation Process (KAP), under the guidance of Venant Wong, profoundly influenced my understanding of energetic awareness, surrender, and non-duality. This was further expanded through Inner Dance with Pi Villaraza, whose work opened a deeper relationship with consciousness, intuition, and the intelligence that emerges beyond ordinary states of perception. Later, Kundalini Bodywork with Elliott Saxby brought these explorations more fully into the body itself, deepening my understanding of sensation, embodiment, and the body’s innate capacity for self-regulation.

Together, these experiences eventually evolved into what is now Heart Attunement, reflecting my own lived understanding of presence, energetic awareness, embodiment, and transformation.

Further influences such as Spiritus Breathwork with Tim Morrison, Embodied Flow Yoga with Tara Judelle, Wataflow with Oceano, and long-term mindfulness practice within the Plum Village tradition founded by Thich Nhat Hanh each contributed distinct perspectives on presence, consciousness, embodiment, and human potential.

Alongside these, other paths opened a more nuanced understanding of intimacy, shadow, vulnerability, and the full spectrum of human experience. These explorations continue to shape a way of working that is not oriented toward fixing or transcending what is human, but toward meeting it more fully, with presence and honesty.

My approach to constellation work has been shaped through the work of Franz Ruppert, whose perspective helped me understand how identity, trauma, unconscious loyalties, and inherited experiences continue to move through human lives, often beyond conscious awareness.

In parallel, the work of Francis Weller has deeply influenced how I understand grief, ritual, initiation, and the thresholds of human experience. His perspective on grief as belonging, ritual as participation in life, and the importance of honouring what has been, what is, and what is becoming, continues to inform how I hold space for transformation, completion, and transition.

I have also been influenced by the teachings of Martín Prechtel, Byron Katie, and others whose work continues to shape my understanding of truth, belonging, devotion, ancestry, relationship, and the deeper intelligence of life itself.

Before dedicating myself fully to this path, I worked within Waldorf education as both teacher and school director. That foundation continues to inform how I understand human development, learning, and the unfolding of individual potential.

Across all of these experiences, different languages pointed towards the same recognition: What we are searching for is not something missing, rather a a deeper relationship with what has always been here.

Florine’s extensive training includes Spiritus Breathwork and Somatic Healing facilitation with Tim Morrison (2022), advanced ThetaHealing studies (since 2021) including the Game of Life and Intuitive Anatomy programs, Kundalini Bodywork with Elliott Saxby in Switzerland (2021), and Inner Dance immersion in the Philippines with Pi Villaraza (2020). She has been an accredited KAP facilitator since 2019, training directly with Venant Wong, and is recognized among the pioneering group of facilitators in Europe.

Her holistic approach also incorporates Wataflow (water therapy) facilitation training with Oceano in Ibiza (2018), and Embodied Flow yoga, which she has taught since 2018. With a background in Waldorf/Steiner education as a teacher and school director, Florine brings a rich and diverse perspective to her work, blending movement, mindfulness, and consciousness practices.

Since 2017, Florine’s mindfulness journey at Plum Village in France, founded by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, has profoundly shaped her path, making mindfulness and meditation an integral part of her life and teachings.

“In our inner community, there are no teachers or healers. There are only those who journey to self-healing together, arriving at a shared context and our common languages.” – Pi Villaraza

Gratitude

I honour the life that has shaped me.

Not only the moments I have chosen, but also those I did not understand at the time. The thresholds I was moved through. The losses, openings, endings, and beginnings that have carved a deeper capacity to be here. Each one has returned me, again and again, to what is true.

I bow to my parents, as the doorway through which this human life became possible. And I bow to those who came before them, and before them. The lineage of lives, choices, endurance, love, rupture, and survival that continues to move through me in ways I may never fully comprehend, yet can learn to honour.

What I carry is not only mine, and what I am given is not only for me.

I honour the ancestors not as something distant, but as presence, lived through breath, body, pattern, and memory. I honour the parts of life that were difficult to meet, the places where I learned to adapt, and the ways in which those adaptations shaped my understanding of safety, love, and belonging.

And I honour what began to soften that structure, allowing something new to emerge.

The grief that moves when we stop turning away. The clarity that returns when we stop holding what is not ours, and the space that opens when life is no longer met through protection, but through presence.

I am grateful for what has been revealed, not as something I have achieved, but as something life has allowed me to remember. With an open heart, I receive what continues to move through me, unseen, unfinished, and becoming.

I am here.
